HOW TO place an ORDER?

	A sales agreement is established after putting the products of your choise in the shopping cart and payment on Donodot. In confirmation we will send the customer a confirmation e-mail containing all the information about the purchase of the customer. Donodot is not responsible for incorrect entry of data or mistakes made by the customer.
	For shopping you use the shopping cart. If you want to buy products on our website, you must first register as a "new user", there you can create a username and password. After registration you will receive an e-mail with your data, keep this information for the future. With this information, you can always come back and buy items on our website using the login and password.
	Placing an order is as follows:
	Place the product of your choice in your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart with the product you want to buy.  You can change the number or remove the product in your shopping cart.  If you want to continue shopping, click on "continue shopping".  Have you done shopping and want to pay, click on "checkout".  Enter your information.  Would you like the article to be delivered on a different delivery address, please fill in the right information in the required field on "different shipping address". Must be in the same country and exept Postbox adresses.  In the next step you will see your information and the products you ordered.  If you have received a discount code or gift voucher you can enter the code in the shopping cart and click on "enter". The discount will be immediately settled.  Under the review you can choose your payment method and click "pay". Then follow through the payment instructions of the choosen payment method. (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact/Mistercash) Every payment is secure with the payment platform Ogone.   Note! If you want to pay by "banktransfer" you will have to pay after you received your orderform by e-mail! At the bottem of the orderform you will find our IBAN and BIC code which you will need for making a payment with banktransfer. You can make this payment via e-banking or you can go to your bank for a international banktransfer paper. (It can take 2 or 3 days before your payment is made on our account. Your package will leave for shipping from the moment we have received your payment.
	After your payment, you may expect 2 e-mails from us:
	An automatic confirmation e-mail with all the data and information of your order.  A confirmation e-mail from us that your payment has been received and that your purchase has been shipped.

Other delivery address

It is possible that you want the delivery to another address. With the purchase and payment you can give another delivery address if you want. So that we know who we should send the purchased items. This may be family, neighbors, friends, work, or directly to the person for whom the gift is! (Must be in the same country and exept postbox adresses).

GIFT WRAPPING

With all the products individual you can choose gift wrapping for your gift. This is perfectly possible and if you choose this option you may expect a beautiful gift wrapping from us! We request € 1,00 or € 2,00 for a gift wrapping. This will be automatically updated in your account if you choose the gift wrapping option. NOTE: Large items such as beanbags, chairs and furniture can not be wrapped.

Cancel

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please kindly get back to us via info@donodot.be. It is not possible at the time of delivery (if you want to cancel) to give back the package to the Postman. You will first need to contact us and then recording to our information and approval send back the "unopened" package to our return at your own expense.
