So you can pay your purchases in a safe, convenient and trusted way on Donodot.
You pay into your own trusted internet payment inviroment, based on specific security methods of your own bank.
When you place your order on Donodot and checkout, you can indicate that you wish to pay with Ideal.
Click on the Ideal payment button and select your bank. You'll then be forwarded to your own bank where the payment waits for you. You will be asked by your bank to fill in a few details and you authorize the payment. The amount will be deducted directly from your account and Donodot will be informed that your order is paid. As soon as your payment is received on our account we make your order ready for dispatch.

Bank transfer
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer you can. After your order you will receive an confirmation e-mail about your order with all our bank details. Once the full amount is on our account, we can make your order ready for shipping. (Please note that it can take 3 or 4 days before your payment is on our account.)
NOTE: Make sure to write the ordernumber of your confirmation on your bank transfer!!
If there are extra costs charged by your bank for paying with bank transfer, these costs are completely for the customer. If the customer does not pay his purchase within 5 days his order will not be executed. The order will only be ready for dispatch if the full payment is on our account!
