7 days consideration time

If you purchased a product you don't like or if it does not meet your requirements you have from the date of delivery the legal right to return this article within 7 days to us. Within 7 days of the delivery you must let us know that you want to return the product and from that date, we will give you another 7 days to return it. Post Date as evidence. All products entering from our suppliers are personally checked by us for errors, defects and damage. The working of products with batteries or with USB and such are thoroughly tested by us. Thus we can send the products you purchased to you without worries.

 

  • To return a product to us be sure to pack the product very well before sending and put enough stamps on the package. The customer remains responsible for the return. Returns that get lost can not be charged in any case and Donodot is not responsible if you send back products to us. In case of loss or damage, the right to reimbursement has expired.


If you want to return or exchange a product you must follow these steps:

Within 7 days after receiving the product you have te send us an e-mail with all the details of the product, the delivery date, amount paid and the reason why you want to return the product along with your personal information such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address so we can contact you easily.
Then wait for a reply from us first before you send back the product.

 

After receiving instructions from us via e-mail and / or telephone you must return the product to us within 7 days. All costs for resending are for the customer. After receipt and evaluation of the returned product Donodot will, after agreement, refund the amount of the product back on your account within 14 days.

 

Shipping costs are for to the customer. Previously paid fees for a gift wrapping can not be repaid. The amount we will refund is the purchase price without shipping and packing costs.

 

Donodot reserves the right to refuse returns or to refund only a portion of the amount of purchase if the product is not returned within 7 days of receipt of our instructions. Post Date as evidence.

Defective or damaged goods by delivery

If the products you ordered are defective or damaged by delivery, please inform us immediately via e-mail. This should be carried out within 7 days!!

With visible damage upon delivery, immediately open your package in front of the deliveryman and look at the content of your package. If anything is damaged to the product itself you'll have the right to refuse the package and give it back to the deliveryman without additional costs.

 

If damage is not reported to us within 7 days, Donodot reserves the right to refuse the exchange of goods or returns of dubious nature.

LOST SHIPMENTS

Lost shipments sent by Donodot

If your shipment, after confirmation from us that it was sent, within 7 days for Belgium and within 10 days for other countries, has not yet been received, we ask you to send us an e-mail with your order number, name, phone number and e-mail address. Thus we can first examine what happened with your package. (Please always take into account any public holidays, extended weekends and any strikes in the transport sector.)

 

If your package is lost indeed, we will send you free of charge a new mission within 14 days.
