If you purchased a product you don't like or if it does not meet your requirements you have from the date of delivery the legal right to return this article within 7 days to us. Within 7 days of the delivery you must let us know that you want to return the product and from that date, we will give you another 7 days to return it. Post Date as evidence. It goes without saying that the product can only be returned in perfect, original, intact and unused state, and in original packaging. Donodot reserves the right to refuse returns or to refund only a portion of the amount of purchase if it is suspected that the product has already been used or when the product is damaged or if the product is not in the original packaging or that the packaging is damaged.

All products entering from our suppliers are personally checked by us for errors, defects and damage. The working of products with batteries or with USB and such are thoroughly tested by us. Thus we can send the products you purchased to you without worries.

To return a product to us be sure to pack the product very well before sending and put enough stamps on the package. The customer remains responsible for the return. Returns that get lost can not be charged in any case and Donodot is not responsible if you send back products to us. In case of loss or damage, the right to reimbursement has expired.
If you want to return or exchange a product you must follow these steps:
Within 7 days after receiving the product you have te send us an e-mail with all the details of the product, the delivery date, amount paid and the reason why you want to return the product along with your personal information such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address so we can contact you easily.
Then wait for a reply from us first before you send back the product.
After receiving instructions from us via e-mail and / or telephone you must return the product to us within 7 days. All costs for resending are for the customer. After receipt and evaluation of the returned product Donodot will, after agreement, refund the amount of the product back on your account within 14 days.
Shipping costs are for to the customer. Previously paid fees for a gift wrapping can not be repaid. The amount we will refund is the purchase price without shipping and packing costs.
