We deliberately choose the insured shipment Taxipost Secur and Extra Secure labels from TNT, so your order can be shipped insured and safe! Taxipost/TNT brings your purchase safe to your home or the address you gave. There is always a signature as proof of receipt requested. If you're not home at the time of delivery you will find a postcard to notify you that they have been at your doorstep. You can, by contacting the Post, ask for a 2nd delivery or you can pick up the package in the nearest Post Office. Your package will remain available for approximately 10 days at your Post Office. All information can be found on the postcard.

When they deliver it's always good to check your packet! For obvious damage first check the contents in the presence of the deliveryman. If the content is damaged, you can not accept this mission and give it back to the deliveryman.

Track Package

We work for the dispatch with Taxipost and TNT Post Package Service. As soon as your order is shipped we follow your shipment with a Track and Trace code. This way we can see exactly what the status is of your order, and where your package is located.
